Welcome back to Chrish (My site, not me), my cozy little corner of the internet where I get to share all my thoughts and projects with you all! As a reminder to all of you who knew before but forgot about me completely, I’m Christina H., but most folks just call me Chrish (it sounds like fish, but with Kr- at the beginning. Oh, and before I forget … It’s great to have you here!

Since the page has not been updaed in a while I thought it was time to dust if off. Some things have stayed the same, other have been checked off my life list or changed their shape. That now leaves us with:

Dreams & Plans Update

I’ve been thinking a lot about my life’s todo list lately (actually, not really as much as I used to), and let me tell you—it’s evolving evolved! I still have those dreams swirling around in my head (but the big ones have come true). Feel free to laugh at my ambitions; it’s all in good fun! I plan on crossing off a few things, even if it doesn’t happen today or tomorrow. Honestly, as long as tomorrow keeps changing, I’m good with that.

Here’s what’s currently on my life checklist:

  1. Bike Tour (Longerish) – This one is still high on the list! I’ve done mediumish, and it feels like it could be done better. The weather has been fantastic lately, and I’ve started planning a longer cycling route (for someday). I want to explore scenic trails while getting some exercise. Plus, there’s something magical about being out in nature, isn’t there (maybe you actually like the indoor, no problem with that)? I’ve even joined a local bike club which meets every Saturday (when I have time) for group rides—definitely adds motivation!
  2. Make Biking My Daily Norm – Right now this is mostly weather-dependent since you know how unpredictable it can be (and riding in the rain sucks)! But I really want to normalize commuting by bike thing. Even if it’s just short trips here and there—like running errands or visiting friends—I think it’ll add so much joy to my routine.

Now let’s take a look at those new additions I’m considering:

  1. Volunteer Work – Lately, I’ve felt called to give back more actively in our community (I try to do this as a business owner, but…)—maybe helping out at local food banks or animal shelters? I don’t know. It feels important to invest some time into causes that resonate with me.
  2. Learn Something New Each Month – Ouch! This ones going to hurt. But … Whether it’s cooking classes or online courses through platforms, committing myself to learn something new each month sounds exciting (time intensive)—and who knows what skills I’ll develop along the way?!
  3. Create Consistent Content Here – One of my goals this year is also keeping up with regular updates (yeah, I know I haven’t been miss reliable in the past) on this blog—not just sharing my journey but inviting YOU along too! So expect more posts filled with random musings!

That’s all for now folks—my thoughts are constantly evolving just like those tomorrows I mentioned earlier! If you’ve got feedback or suggestions for anything else you’d love to see here on Chrish—or if you want to join me on any adventures—drop me a line below!

Until next time,

Chrish
